Katarzyna Mazurek

20 years of experience in creating sales strategies, consumer activation and in-store communication.

During her career she has worked in both global network and local advertising agencies. Katarzyna is a founder of the Addicters – shopper advertising agency, which she has been managing for 6 years.

Her role at Personage is to advice clients on creating long-lasting sales strategies and consumer activation.

Agnieszka Pilawska

20 years of experience in market research, she specializes in qualitative and ethnographic research, conducts trainings and workshops.

She has worked in both global network and local research agencies for various categories, including: FMCG, telco, finances, media, retail. Partner in the smartscope a research agency for 5 years.

Her role at Personage is to provide consumer insights that can be used to build the optimal communication and media strategy.

Anna Jagnyziak

15 years of experience in the TV / PR/ Product Placement industry.

She has worked at Endemol-Neovision and TVN. She co-created TV programs including: Milionerzy, Jestem jaki jestem, Tessa w domu, Magiel towarzyski, Projekt Plaża, Tajemnice muzeum, Wydanie drugie poprawione, Lekcja stylu, Matki i córki, czyli rodzinny galimatias, Rodzice na start.

Currently in the PR industry. She has worked for the following brands: Fundacja Dziecięca Fantazja, Jelp, Prix Galien Polska, Pierre René, ChiodoPRO, Polski Koszyk.

Her role at Personage is to advice clients on creating long-lasting PR/ Product Placement strategies and strategies based on Influencers

Krystyna Szczęch-Mroczek

20 years of experience in planning radio campaigns.

From the beginning of her career, she has worked in the Eurozet group, Founder of the Red Horses media agency, which she has been managing for 7 years.

Her role at Personage is to advice clients on creating best Radio campaigns: standard based on spots and non-standard based on Radio competitions and Product Placement.

Paweł Stempniak

Over 15 years of experience in planning communication in new media.

During his career he has worked in both global network and local advertising agencies Founder of the White Bits agency, which he has been managing for 6 years.
